Numb I feel numb with the pain of others the pain turned my own when we blame shame discriminate when human life is misunderstood in just a few seconds you wonder what it’s really all for.
We are a world of diversity a place of difference but also, similarity. people; children, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, friends.
But I sit here in the darkness of youth with a mind “not rounded” or “fully formed” and am not qualified to suggest it’s time we listen to each other to ourselves to history the recurring image of hate and hurt head and heart.
An idea, simple and maybe naïve that of love, the choice of it over hate - always.
