Break free handbook for youth survivors of family violenceThe "Break Free" handbook is a resource to support young people (16-25 years old) from Asian, African and Middle Eastern communities experiencing family violence. It is a guide with practical information to support youth to live lives free from violence and fear, featuring stories shared by young women who have survived violence as young migrants.
The handbook is free for youth clients of Shakti or you can purchase the handbooks on our website for $40.00. This price is to cover the cost to reprint the handbook, so that we can continue to provide the handbook free of charge to youth survivors of family violence. You can find out more about it here.
